I’m mental health, stress and wellbeing coach and a trainer with over 10 years’ experience working with people from all walks of life, helping them address what isn't working for them and enabling them to be in a place of new-found freedom and happiness.

Coaching
Coaching is a structured conversational technique that helps to unlock your unlimited potential, empower and guide you from where you are now to where you would like to be. It enables you to raise your self-awareness, challenge and change the limiting beliefs that hold you back, help you believe in yourself and achieve your desired goals in life and at work.
NLP
Neuro Linguistic Programming is an effective and practical technique to help you make positive changes rapidly at both conscious and unconscious level. This is through combination of new thoughts, language and behaviour.
Time Based Techniques
Time based technique allows you to effectively rewrite your past and pre-write your future. It does this by providing you with a mechanism to change the meanings and associations of past bad experiences, thoughts and feelings as well as install useful, positive beliefs for your future.
Integral Eye Movement Therapy
Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) utilises simple eye movements and questioning techniques to change a particular thought pattern that may be problematic for you. IEMT techniques help to create change by rapidly reducing unwanted feelings to help you to resolve issues. It is proven to be very successful in cases of PTSD, trauma, abuse and anxiety.
Clinical Hypnotherapy
During a hypnotherapy session I will place you in a light, medium or a deep hypnosis which will allow me, while being fully conscious, to work with your unconscious mind and create positive changes and new desired outcomes and behaviours (i.e. feeling calm during presentation).
